Approaching From the North - M5 Motorway

Make for the Chelston roundabout (and Wellington bypass). At the Chelston roundabout, take the first exit left onto the A38 Wellington bypass. Travel for roughly 2/3rds mile looking for signpost on left signed "Monument" . Turn left at this point, and keep straight ahead (narrow lanes all the way) via Simonsburrow until reaching Hemyock. Pass on the left of the church, heading for Dunkeswell. Reaching the airfield (on your right), turn left into the Industrial Estate, then first right into Seabee Place. The museum will then be dead ahead of you at the far end.

Approaching From the A38 (Heading West)

Make for the Chelston roundabout (and Wellington bypass), then follow the instructions as above.

Approaching From the A38 (Heading East)

Join the Wellington bypass, at the roundabout, at its Western end. Travel for roughly 2/3rds mile. Take the fifth turning right - signed "Monument", and then follow directions as given above from M5

Approaching From the South - A30 (A303)

Make for the town of Honiton, then follow the signs for Dunkeswell (hill climbing all the way). At the top of the hill avoid the the right fork (signed Luppitt) and continue straight towards Dunkeswell. Pass the new housing area on your right, and drop down into the original village. Hill climbing again, swing hard left (beside the Methodist Chapel), then right into the Industrial Estate. Take the first turn right into Seabee Place. The museum will then be dead ahead of you at the far end.
